Reservations are available through AirBnB (find our profile with both listings here), or you can contact us to skip the fees and book directly. However you book, a 9 percent Maine sales tax will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens! We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If you book fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds available after that.
